As a result of the Canada Post strike, we are temporarily unable to mail out physical bills. To ensure you stay informed about your account balance and due dates, we will be reaching out to you by phone when your bill is available.

You can still pay your bill by:

• Visiting our offices
• Setting up pre-authorized payment plans
• Making online payments using our online portal
• Paying through your bank by phone or online banking

Now is a great time to sign up for our e-billing! With e-billing, you can easily monitor your bills, stay updated on due dates, and enjoy many other convenient features.
