Request a Service

If you wish to upgrade or develop a new property in our service territory, you are required to fill out a Developer Form. Please submit the information requested below in order to initiate a developer request. Our Engineering Department will receive your information and will reach out to discuss the project with you.

Please also ensure you have downloaded and filled out a copy of our Load Summary Template as you will be required to upload it in Step 7 when submitting your Developer Form details below.

      Please attach site plan(s) in CAD format. Please ensure the file shows project boundary with its land-base (buildings, streets, driveway, meter-base location, etc.), existing routes of electrical lines, locations of poles and transformers etc. (where applicable). The drawing must be to scale and georeferenced to "PCS: NAD 1983 CSRS UTM Zone 18N, GCS: North American 1983 CSRS"
