Beware of Potential Scams

Our customers are receiving phone calls regarding rebates on their hydro bill. Ottawa River Power does not provide nor offer any rebates to our customers.

There are assistance programs available to our customers; they are as follows:

• Ontario Electricity Support Program (delivered by the Ontario Energy Board)
• Low-income Energy Assistance Program (delivered by the Ontario Energy Board)
• Energy Affordability Program (delivered by Save on Energy)

Should you receive a phone call regarding your hydro bill, rebates, assistance programs, etc., please call our office for accurate details. Our staff is always happy to help. As well, if you would like more information regarding programs available, we would be happy to advise.
