Customer Satisfaction Survey Starting January 13, 2025

Ottawa River Power wants you to know that we are conducting a Customer Satisfaction survey, by phone, starting January 13th, 2025.
You may receive a call from a company called ORACLEPOLL RESEARCH on behalf of Ottawa River Power and asked to participate in a customer satisfaction survey. This survey is important to us, and we encourage you to participate and share your thoughts. The survey should take no longer than 8-10 minutes.
Please note, this survey will not be asking for specific identifying details, such as phone numbers, home address, or credit card and banking information.
