As a result of the postal service interruption, we are temporarily unable to mail out physical bills. Payments mailed to us will also be affected.
To ensure you stay informed about your account balance and due dates, we will be reaching out to you by phone when your bill is available, using the current phone number registered on your account.
You can still pay your bill by:
- Visiting our offices or using our night deposit box
- Setting up pre-authorized payment plans
- Making online payments using our online portal
- Paying through your bank by phone or online banking
Please do not mail us your payment at this time as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.
Despite the postal service interruption, customers are responsible for paying bills in a timely manner.
Now is a great time to sign up for our e-billing platform! With e-billing, you can easily monitor your bills, stay updated on due dates, and enjoy many other convenient features.
