Pembroke Office Closure (Oct 22 & 23)

Please note that our Pembroke office will be closed for in-person services tomorrow, Tuesday, October 22, as well as Wednesday, October 23, while our staff complete training. Phone services will be available in limited capacity over these days. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve our services.

Our Almonte Office will remain open for regular office hours from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon).

Our Pembroke office will reopen at 8:00 an on Thursday, October 24, 2024, for in-person services.

As always, bill payments can be accepted via:

• Pre-authorized payment

• Telephone and online banking through your bank/financial institution

• Bank branch or financial institution instant teller

• Cheque via mail (please tear away and return the top portion of bill with payment)

• Credit Card payment service available through Paymentus – 1-877-403-7078

• Using our drop box at both of our office locations
