| Bill Payments |
Bills can be paid in person at our offices in Almonte or Pembroke, at your local bank or by mail. If your payment is going to be delayed, contact our billing department to make arrangements.

| New Service Connections |
Contact our office to arrange for new service connections or changes in address or billing information.

| Meter Reading |
Residential meters are read bi-monthly. If we are unable to get access to get a reading, a card will be left that can be mailed in, or the reading can be e-mailed or phoned into the office.

| Tree Conflicts |
Our staff will trim or remove branches that are touching the power lines. Call the office to arrange for a visit. Trees are trimmed on a three year cycle to reduce power interuptions.

| Power Interruptions |
While we carry on ongoing maintenance and system improvements to prevent outages, extreme weather and equipment failures will result in outage. To report an outage, please contact our office and provide your location. As wide scale outages will cause our telephone systems to be overloaded, it may be difficult to get an operator. |
